Pam is invested in ensuring a team of skilled interviewers and the quality of surveys, as she is passionate about seeing the impact they can have on the community. She takes pride in the surveys that influence community decisions, and in how customers approach their pricing strategies. Outside of work, Pam is usually found reading a great novel, pet sitting for friends and family, and in summer, enjoying time outside in the garden, basking in the sun.
