Yohan is our Call Center Director and is the backbone of Advanis’ CATI call centre. Bilingual in French and English, Yohan coordinates the teams assigned to our current projects and looks forward to ensure that we have the resources in place to satisfy all of our clients’ needs.
Yohan also builds partnerships with other market research firms to provide outsourcing services.
