Julie’s ability to develop and execute simple and complex engagements from concept to reporting produces high-quality deliverables to guide policy and program outcomes. Whether it is moderating focus groups in French, capturing stakeholder satisfaction, executing program evaluations, or conducting analysis to understand the public’s needs, Julie challenges herself and her teammates to deliver actionable guidance for our clients.
